At Ebony Threads, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order products that celebrate culture, identity, and pride. Because each item is custom printed just for you, we have a slightly different return policy than traditional retail stores.

Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are made-to-order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference changes

Please double-check your size and order details before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jgarner0724@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Processing & Production Time

All items are printed and fulfilled by our trusted partner.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping time depending on your location.


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
